The GEM Team Lead provides both spiritual and operational leadership for the GEM ministry environment at the campus level. This role ensures that every child experiences a safe, engaging, and spiritually impactful environment while also developing and caring for the leaders and volunteers who make that happen.

The GEM Admin plays a key support role in creating a well-organized, fully staffed, and excellent GEM ministry environment. This role primarily oversees volunteer scheduling, communication, and administrative systems, ensuring that every classroom and role is prepared for Sunday.

The GEM Team Captain exists to resource, guide, and care for Sunday morning volunteers so every team member feels equipped, valued, and ready to serve with excellence. This role creates consistency and support for weekend teams by ensuring communication, preparation, and care happen throughout the week and on Sundays.
