Team lead
The Littles Team Lead provides spiritual and operational leadership for their classroom at the Campus level to ensure that every child experiences a safe, engaging, and spiritually impactful environment. This role is responsible for building and leading a healthy, growing team by developing leaders, strengthening culture, and ensuring the team is spiritually and operationally ready to serve.
admin
The Littles Admin plays a key support role by helping ensure Sunday teams are well-staffed and organized. This role primarily oversees volunteer scheduling and communication, partnering closely with the Team Lead and Team Captains to ensure every volunteer feels informed, valued, and equipped to serve our Littles with excellence.

The Littles Team Captain exists to resource, guide, and care for your specific Sunday’s volunteers so that they feel supported, equipped, and ready to serve with excellence. This role ensures the classroom runs smoothly, volunteers feel confident, and children experience a fun, safe, and Christ-centered environment.

As a Littles Team, we are protectors of the seed. The Dream Teamer serves as an important part of the Littles Team by helping create a safe, loving, and intentional environment where faith can begin to take root.
