Production Team
The Team Lead provides spiritual and operational leadership for their Production team at the campus level. This role makes sure both people and systems are developed and aligned so that every service runs smoothly, without distraction, and reflects excellence. This role ensures volunteers and leaders are cared for, developed, and prepared to serve effectively while carrying the vision and direction of the Area Lead and Production Director.

The Production Team Admin plays a key support role by helping ensure Sunday teams are well-staffed and organized. This role helps ensure that every production position is filled and prepared so services run smoothly and without distraction. This role primarily oversees volunteer scheduling and communication, partnering closely with the Team Lead and Team Captains to support the health of the team.

The Production Team Captain exists to lead, support, and care for the Production Dream Team while ensuring services run smoothly and without distraction. This role oversees both people and systems, helping create an environment where every technical element supports what God is doing in the room. They ensure communication, preparation, and execution are aligned throughout the week and on Sundays.

The Production Dream Teamer serves as a key part of creating a distraction-free and excellent environment where people can encounter the presence of God. Through technical excellence, attention to detail, and teamwork, they support every Production element of the service experience. They serve alongside the Team Captain and other Dream Teamers to ensure services run smoothly and reflect the vision, culture, and standards of the church.
