The Security Team Lead provides spiritual and operational leadership for the Security Team at the campus level. This role ensures a safe, secure, and distraction-free environment where people can encounter God without concern.

The Security Team Admin plays a key support role by ensuring the Security Team is organized, fully staffed and prepared for each Sunday.
This role primarily oversees scheduling, communication, and coverage across all security positions—partnering closely with the Team Lead and Team Captains to support team readiness, consistency, and effectiveness.

This role leads and cares for Dream Teamers while ensuring that all safety touchpoints, monitoring zones, and response protocols are covered with intentionality and excellence.
