Worship Team
The Team Lead provides spiritual and operational leadership for their ministry team at the campus level. This role is responsible for building and leading a healthy, growing team by developing leaders, strengthening culture, and ensuring the team is spiritually and operationally ready to serve.This role ensures volunteers and leaders are cared for, developed, and prepared to serve effectively while carrying the vision and direction of the Area Lead and overall Worship Central Director.
Team lead
The Worship Admin plays a key support role by helping ensure Sunday teams are well-staffed and organized. Through organization and communication, this role helps create consistency and removes friction so the Worship Team can focus on leading people into God’s presence. This role primarily oversees volunteer scheduling and communication, partnering closely with the Team Lead and Team Captains to support the health of the team.
Team admin
The Team Captain exists to resource, guide, and care for Sunday morning volunteers so every team member feels equipped, valued, and ready to serve with excellence. They also help protect the spiritual and musical environment of the room, ensuring the team leads with unity, excellence, and a heart for worship. This role creates consistency and support for the Worship Team by ensuring communication, preparation, and care happen throughout the week and on Sundays.
Team Captain
The Worship Dream Teamer serves as a key part of creating an environment where people can encounter the presence of God. Through musical excellence, spiritual readiness, and unity with the team, they help lead the congregation in authentic worship. They serve alongside the Team Captain and other Dream Teamers to ensure services flow smoothly and reflect the heart, vision, and culture of the church.
